The climbing guide is dedicated to bouldering along the Soča River, near the village of Trnovo ob Soči in Slovenia. The boulders were first discovered by Gašper Bratina, who, together with climbers from Gorizia, started cleaning and climbing them in 2009. Today, the climbing area offers more than 1,000 quality bouldering problems, some of which have not yet been climbed and are waiting for the strongest climbers. In the future, we can also expect an expanded version of this guide, as potential boulders and even sectors are still being discovered.
The bouldering guide began to be created in 2020, when Slovenia was hit by the coronavirus epidemic and we were limited to our home towns. During this time, I explored climbing lines, searched for new boulders and arranged their landings. I noticed the vastness, quality and beauty that the area offers. I hope that by creating a bouldering guide, I will contribute to the development of this sport and introduce climbing in this part of Slovenia to the wider climbing public.

The difficulty of the boulders ranges from complete beginners (3, 4) to professionals (8a and above), so there is definitely something for everyone.
